Poison is an American glam metal band formed in 1983 in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The classic lineup includes Bret Michaels, C.C. DeVille, Bobby Dall, and Rikki Rockett. They achieved major success in the late 1980s with hits like “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” and “Talk Dirty to Me.” Their debut album Look What the Cat Dragged In (1986) went multi-platinum. The band remains active with tours and recordings.
